Unfortunately, although Raja had sang; 'Allah Ke Bande' so wonderfully on the 16th June 2007, he still couldn't make it to the next round and got caught in the 'Chakravyuh' phase, which meant that he had to prove his worth yet again, in order to progress to the next stage in this contest. 

He had two songs to sing today, this particular song was a 'Contestant's Choice' song (E.G) the contestant could choose a song of their own choice to sing. 

Raja decided to seek advice from his father when making this decision, and his father gave him an option of three songs, which he thought suited Raja's voice best.  Raja ended up selecting this particular one and dedicated it to his father.  Awww :0)  'Tere Bina,' sounds sooooo beautiful to the ears and later, he sang 'Piya Re Piya Re' which has been reviewed separately.
