Any Raja promo will be sent to you as and when they are complete, me and Raja are working on some together and will not do an over kill to soon as "HYPER's" release date is due to be set in the next coming weeks.

I will be putting short promos of HYPER out and am yet to decide in which order they will be, so pls rest assured Raja will not be overseen in this matter.We are hoping to release a video promo of Raja talking about Hyper very shortly.

Sorry for the delay - Been tooo tired after work

Raja releasing a fantastic new album!!!

Hey all, I apologise that I have not been able to update this website recently, I have just been sooooo tired after work everyday to get enough concentration to even formulate a sentence, I am actually really tired even as I type this sentence... :0( But, I thought that the recent Raja related news is too good to pass...

If you have read/watched kinghasan.com as well as other well known Indian Showbiz websites recently, you will have read the fab news that Raja has recorded a brand new album for Oberoi Motion Pictures entitled; 'Teri Panah,' which is produced by a young Music Producer called Dev Chauhan, and it is great to know that it is a delightful change from the norm.  Raja will be deviating from his classic style and embracing a new brand of sufi Rock.  I am convinced that he will fulfil this very well because sometimes I think that his sound is very outdated and needs to be catapulted into the 21st Century!!!

MUMBAI: Oberoi motion pictures foray into entertainment was announced with a launch of an album by Raja hasan on soft romantic songs sung by Him under the music baton ship of young Dev Chauhan.

Company CEO Rajesh Antil shared the company has already scrutinised 70 -80 scripts and the grand announcement on film will be shortly.  The company vision is to bring a revolution in the entertainment industry with meaningful scripts and films Dev Chauhan was confident on the combination of lyrics, Music and raja's voice which had combined to bring a melifluous album Raja Hasan said "He was thankful to Oberoi Motion Pictures for bringing out a beautiful dulcet set of romantic songs, with Dev's melodious music, it seems to be good, hit album in the making. "

Raja asks for MJ

The King of Entertainment.

For those of you who were fortunate enough to be online last night, Raja was on the internet for approximately one hour, chatting to his friends/fans on Orkut and I happened to be online at the same time and he asked me for some Michael Jackson videos, which got me intrigued.  I was so excited (like a little child,) because as you all know MJ is my ultimate inspiration/hero etc.  So, I obliged and sent him a few incredible heart-stopping clips of MJ at his best.  I was mighty interested to know if he would be studying these closely to improve his own stage performance/presence...and I couldn't help but, think who else is the best to learn from than the mighty KING himself?!

These clips show why Michael Jackson was, is and always will be the KING OF POP!!!

One of the dancers who choreographed these pieces with Michael Jackson was Mr Jeffrey Daniels (who also taught MJ the world famous Moonwalk.) Some years back, he had invited me to a free dance class in London and I refused on the grounds that I would look like a fool against a world class legend like himself hahaha!!!

This has been hailed as one of the best choreographed dance pieces in the world!!!

Look at the way he is teasing the audience and making them want more...He is a Master at his craft and we are a slave to his rhythm xxx

I was very fortunate to see him LIVE in concert once in my life, (back in 1997,) on the History World Tour. (I was on the front row) and it was enough to make me a fan for life.

I advised Raja that performance is not just about Singing, he must also see the importance of the stage lighting, choreography, props etc.  Everything is equally as important as one another...

xxx Let's hope that Raja takes my advice and uses MJ as his inspiration, to aim for the stars xxx

Raja makes me crack up with laughter!!!

Hahahaha!!!

I knew I had a bad start to the day when my car decided that it didn't want to start today.  I prayed that it wasn't anything serious, but, it wasn't looking very good.  I couldn't even hear the engine starting up, so I guessed, maybe it was a flat battery, which it was!!!  Anyway, having heard the cost of £72.00 pounds that I would have to pay, I was a little upset, but, I took it in my stride because cars can be VERY costly and it was a small price to pay in the long run, anyway, I thought I would send a text to Raja saying how irate I was and here is the response I received back from him...word for word...xxx

'Mere new songs 'Flat' movie me aa rahe hai, isliye tumhari bettery ne flat hoke, tumhe yaad dilaya hai, kitna lucky hun me ke tumhare sath sath, tumhari car bhi mera parmotion kar rahi hai ha ha ha ha'

Translated in English this reads as follows:

My new songs in the movie 'Flat' are about to be released, and with your battery becoming flat, it has also served as a reminder to you, how lucky I am that in addition to you promoting my talent, your car is also promoting my talent ha ha ha ha!!!

When the breakdown service repair man was checking my car out, I had started reading Raja's response, and I had to move because I was laughing so hard after reading it...

It goes to show that in tough times, your true friends are enough to bring a cheer to your day.  It made me smile and I reminded him that in tough times, it is important that we never forget to laugh our problems away, because 'laughter is the best medicine in life.'

Raja Hasan - Reaching the top!!!

It was a star-studded evening at the Penetti Banquets of Manisquare Mall on Saturday evening. The occasion marked the launch of electrical wires and cables under the brand name, MW, by the SPS Group.

The event kicked off with power-packed performances by Mumbai-based artistes Shubangi and Shweta Pandit. As Shubangi set the stage on fire by belting out Chiggy wiggy, Shut up n bounce baby bounce and Tu sala kaam se gaya, Shweta, on the other hand, connected with the crowd, screaming, ‘Ki, kemon achho?’ as she took to the stage. Hosts Meiyang Chang and Kubraa upped the fun quotient as they cracked jokes and interacted with guests, even asking someone from the audience to dance to Hrithik’s Ek pal ka jeena. Midway through the programme, the launch took place in presence of Bollywood stars Sharman Joshi and Mahima Chaudhry. “Since West Bengal is the place where our group has flourished, we thought of launching this product first in Kolkata. We will be launching the same in other places too. This will soon become an all-India brand,” said Nadir R Babaycon, MD, MW Wires & Cables. “In the next five years, we are planning to invest Rs 1,000 crores in this company,” added Bipin Vohra, chairman, SPS Group.

Soon after the launch, Mahima sizzled the stage with her crisp performance. “Amar khub jor. But I really can’t say no as West Bengal is my birthplace and my husband Bobby too is a Mukherjee,” said the Pardes actor, who performed to songs like Kisi roz tumse mulaqat hogi and Marjani marjani. Sharman obliged the media with bites before leaving for the airport. “I really like the flow of this place, the sense of rush and, of course, the mishti doi. I will be taking some home,” said the actor, adding, “As far as acting in Bengali films is concerned, that’ll have to wait for sometime. I’ll have to know the language first.” The evening came to a fitting climax with performances by Raja Hasan and Monali Thakur.

Raja is rocking on stage yet again!!!

Reaching for the Stars!!!

Raja is going to be performing in Kolkata tonight, with artists Sharman Joshi (3 Idiots fame) and Mahima Chaudhary (Pardes fame.)  I caught Raja just as he had arrived in Kolkata for the show, unfortunately I could not get further info, because we had more serious issues to discuss first, but, hey, some news is better than nothing haha!!!

It is nice to know that Raja is on stage with such big names and we hope that one day it will actually be other artists supporting Raja, who (God willing) will be the headline act in the future!!!

Let's pray that success continues to grace every step, that Raja takes!!!

The interest is very much still...

ALIVE!!!

I was intrigued to find out if Raja's career has still got the mass interest it had last year and unsurprisingly, each month consistently this website receives between 3,000 - 9,000 visits.  Normally averaging around the 4,000 mark, but, peaking at the higher ends when he participates in Reality TV shows etc.  I think that is a prettyyyy good turn out considering he is an aspiring young talent waiting for his big moment.  Continually Raja captures people's hearts and it must be a great feeling for him to know that people are still behind him.  To survive in such a fickle industry is tough and you need true talent to last.  There is no place for one hit wonders, Raja is extremely fortunate that he has the looks, the personality and the talent to match, his shortcomings are only in his presentation, which (I am sure you will all agree) although he looks good in still images as per above, in real life, he is really rough around the edges, some days I wish I could just grab an emery board and soften him out...Haha!!!  In time, Inshallah he will learn, but, until then, let's pray that he gets a great opportunity, worth making a song and dance about!!!

What a way to start off the month of July!!!

Congratulations to Raja!!!

A very special congratulations to Raja for a double whammy!!!  He has recently recorded not one but, TWO songs for a movie entitled: 'Flat,' a mini teaser of which you can see above.  The track names/details have not been revealed just yet, but, let's try and keep a lookout for it, closer to the time!!!

In other news, Raja has also recorded for Amit Trivedi, a well recognised Film Composer/Singer/Musician/Lyricist.  If things continue like this Raja will be shooting for the stars very soon!!!
